Be part of Community Fitness Week (4th – 10th November).

Community Fitness Week is an annual, nationwide, week-long event that raises awareness of community fitness and the instructors who deliver sessions around the UK.


Together let’s celebrate all things community fitness. Fitness can have such a huge impact on a community and transform lives. Besides the obvious fitness benefits, it also builds social circles, removes barriers, and looks after mind and body.


Let’s create healthier, happier and more connected communities across the UK.

Want to get active?

From 4th - 10th November, Instructors across the UK will open their doors to community fitness – for communities to come together, for you to build closer friendships and meet new people, for everyone to have fun getting healthier.


It’s easy to be part of it:


  1. Download the Community Fitness Week app or book online (from 25th October)

  2. Find and book the activities you’ll love

  3. Share with your friends, family, neighbours, everyone

  4. Let’s all get active and have fun together!

Dance Fitness

Dancing is a whole-body workout that's fun and enjoyable. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 30-minute dance class burns from 130 to 250 calories, about the same as jogging.

Community Activities

Activities like walking or running can seem a bit boring, that is transformed when you do it with others.  You can meet new people, get encouragement from the instructor and your peers and you get outside. Join us in sustainable & affordable community activities.
